ALTERNATIVE SCHOOLS

There are many ways to get a Leadership Education, the most important element, is a mentor who knows how to use the "5 Environments" as outlined in Oliver DeMille's book, "A Thomas Jefferson Education", as well as the "7 Keys". 

Some alternative school options wherein a Leadership Education can thrive are:

• Mom Schools:  Schools that are an extention of parents.

• Home School Cooperatives
• New Commonwealth Schools
• Some Charter Schools
• Some Parochial Schools

LEMI's Scholar Projects are used and can be used in all of these school settings.

The New Commonwealth School gives concerned parents an affordable school environment that does not surrender control to an inflexible school administration and secular humanist trained teachers.

It is a great option for parents who want to give their children a quality educational experience without having to rely on pricey private schools. 

The New Commonwealth School is a community created school that provides mentoring for students in the Scholar Phase. 

The Lemi Scholar Projects provide the Core curriculum for this school.  In addition, the New Commonwealth Schools can be open to the many wonderful people in the community that can provide individualized mentoring for the students.  New Commonwealth Schools are also a great way for home schooled students to make friends with other students who have similar goals and values.
